I made an app called TEARZ that you download from the app store. Basically, it’s a mental health app that has one purpose: to track the days one cries. This data is saved and presented in a dry way in hopes of assisting you to recognize patterns and develop a better understanding on the reasons why, if you like. When it comes down to it, I know that if only I could successfully manage my emotions I would be able to be a better version of myself and achieve so much more.
